Skills and Traits We Look For
Desired Technical Skills:
- Precision Welding: Proficiency in welding to ASME standards and various metal fabrication processes.
- Assembly & Treatment: Experience in Control Panel Assembly and metal surface treatment operations.
- Design & Administration: Skills in CAD design, accounting, or property management.
- Safety First: Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and shop safety protocols.
Desired Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry Background: Experience in custom metal fabrication or control panel assembly.
- Certifications: ASME Welding Certification, AutoCAD Certified Professional, or familiarity with UL 508A is a significant plus.
